Avourneen + The Parson Sisters House Concert

Colorado’s Avourneen bring their high-energy and heartfelt Irish reels, ballads, and everything in between to Albuquerque for a rocking good time. We are excited to be able to share the stage with them for a second time at our joint house concert!

Take a Peak IAGSDC Convention

The awesome Avourneen of Denver, CO, asked us to join them on stage to play the Friday night contra dance at the International Association of Gay Square Dance Clubs (IAGSDC) Annual Convention, Take a Peak. We’re really looking forward to the high energy crowd that this conference promises!

SWIFDI August Camp

The Southwest International Folk Dance Institute (SWIFDI) hosts an annual international folk dance weekend called August Camp. Even though it’s in July this year we’re still looking forward to being on staff, providing live music for the sessions of renowned English Country Dance caller and teacher Bruce Hamilton. The camp will also be hosting Jaap Leegwater and Mea Nordenfelt, teaching dances of Bulgaria and beyond. Find out more at swifdi.org.
